TPMS INSTALLATION GUIDE

Download the SMART TYRE CAR & BIKE CARE mobile app from App Store or Google Play Store

• Search for 'SMART TYRE CAR & BIKE' in App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Download and install the app on your smartphone
• Create your account or sign in if you already have one
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone

Park your vehicle on level ground and ensure proper safety measures

• Park vehicle on level ground with parking brake engaged
• Ensure all tires are properly inflated to recommended pressure
• Remove hubcaps or wheel covers if necessary
• Have TPMS installation kit ready (provided by Tyre World)

Our technicians will safely remove the wheel to access valve stems

• Jack up vehicle safely using proper equipment
• Remove wheel to access tire valve stem
• Deflate tire slightly if needed for sensor installation
• Remove existing valve stem if replacing

Install genuine TPMS sensors on all four wheels

• Install new TPMS sensor on valve stem
• Tighten to proper torque specification (4-5 Nm)
• Ensure sensor is properly seated and sealed
• Reinstall wheel and torque lug nuts to specification

Program the TPMS sensors to your vehicle's ECU

• Use TPMS programming tool to sync sensors
• Enter vehicle make, model, and year information
• Test each sensor for proper signal transmission
• Verify sensor IDs are correctly programmed

Pair the TPMS system with your mobile app

• Open SMART TYRE CAR & BIKE app on your smartphone
• Enable Bluetooth and location services
• Follow app instructions to pair with vehicle
• Test real-time pressure monitoring functionality
